Under what terms and conditions are services provided to you?
These terms govern the ordering and provision of the services presented on the website https://ridotest.win (ALTOSTRATUS d.o.o.) as between the service provider and you.
1. Who provides the services to you?
- Service provider's name: ALTOSTRATUS d.o.o. za usluge
- Service provider's address: Zagreb (Grad Zagreb) Ulica Cvijete Zuzorić 27
- Service provider's registry code: 030204298
- Service provider's VAT registration number: 88142615396
- Email address: [email protected]
2. When do these terms apply to you?
These terms apply to the services presented on the website whether you are a consumer or a business. The contract is concluded electronically in Estonian, and its contents remain recorded in the emails containing the order and confirmation.
3. Where can you find the service description and price?
The service page describes the content and form of each service and gives the price where specified; if no price is given, the service provider will send you a separate offer. Prices are denominated in the currency stated on the page or in the offer, and the price quoted to a consumer includes VAT where VAT is payable. In the event of an obvious pricing error on the website, the service provider will notify you of the error before confirming the order so that you can decide whether to maintain your order at the correct price.
4. How can you order a service, and when is the contract concluded?
- To place an order, indicate your request on the service page via the enquiry form.
- You can change the details you have entered before submitting the form; after submitting it, you can request corrections by email.
- The service provider will promptly send you an email confirming receipt of your order or enquiry.
- The contract is concluded when you have accepted the offer sent by the service provider by email.
5. How are payment and provision of the service handled?
For an order placed on the basis of an offer, the payment method and payment deadline are those set out in the offer. The service provider issues an invoice and provides the service in the form described on the website or in the offer you have accepted. If an obstacle beyond the service provider's control arises, the service provider will notify you promptly, and a new time for providing the service will be agreed.
6. Under what conditions can you withdraw from the contract as a consumer?
Under the Võlaõigusseadus (Law of Obligations Act), you, as a consumer, have the right to withdraw from a contract for the provision of services without giving any reason within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract.
- Withdrawal requires an unequivocal statement, which you may send, for example, by email to [email protected] or by post to the service provider's address; if you wish, you may complete the withdrawal form provided below.
- The service provider will reimburse all payments received from you no later than 14 days after receiving your statement, using the same payment method that you used to pay.
- If provision of the service began before the withdrawal period expired at your express request as a consumer, you must, upon withdrawal, pay a proportionate amount for the service provided up to the time of withdrawal.
- There is no right of withdrawal for a service that has been fully provided if you, as a consumer, gave your prior express consent to this and acknowledged that you would thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Nor does this right apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if supply began with your express consent as a consumer and your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal would be lost.
